All drivers are required to carry valid liability insurance in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, as operating a vehicle without insurance is illegal. By renting a vehicle, drivers acknowledge that they are solely responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance coverage.

For convenience, we may provide links or suggestions to third-party insurance providers; however, we are not affiliated with or responsible for any such providers, and drivers are free to obtain coverage through any agency of their choosing. The renter remains fully responsible for any damages or liability incurred during the rental period, regardless of insurance coverage.
